Invoices are issued electronically and may be payable via credit card, EFT, or other secure channels.
All information shared by clients is treated as confidential and protected under solicitor-client privilege, where applicable.

It is necessary to prevent fraud or imminent harm
Unless otherwise agreed, documents, templates, or resources provided are licensed for single-client internal use only.
You may not:

We or the client may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for:
Outstanding balances
Payment for services rendered up to the termination date
Termination does not waive our right to retain records for legal obligations.
CorpLegal is not liable for:
Business decisions made independently by the client
Delays resulting from client omissions or third-party systems
Incidental, indirect, or punitive damages
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the directly related service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in North Vancouver, BC.
We reserve the right to update these Terms as our services evolve. Users will be notified of material changes through our website or direct communication.
